After-Hours Customer Look-up

The use of a VeriMax allows MobileMax engineers (normally after-hours engineers) to access the customer lists using a web browser in/or out of hours to confirm key important customer details and their contract status.

Pricing depends on number of MobileMax engineers, so please call for a quote.

When VeriMax is activated ServiceMax will first upload the complete customer list in groups, spread out over several minutes or hours depending on the size of the database, to minimise system disruption, and then send updates after every change made to an individual customer. The after-hours MobileMax engineer may then view the current client details helping the Engineer decide eligibility and chargeability for the requested visit, along with previous visit details.
