Major client system interface

OpenMax allows ServiceMax to interface directly with major client’s works system; Work orders are grabbed by the MobileMax server and sent to ServiceMax for approval and then work allocation. OpenMax can also put all the chargeable codes directly into InvoiceMax for easy invoicing.

OpenMax often calls for customised solution that will be quoted individually.

Future development will take place in early 2012 when it is planned for Client servers to be updated on work order status.
